There will be collection points dotted around the main car park at Yorkhill and the SECC. If you can't see one, ask a marshall and they
should be able to point you in the right direction. There will also be a collection point in Yorkhill's canteen.
The eggs will be distributed amongst the kids who are in the hospitals over the Easter period. If you would like the Easter
Eggs you donate to go to another hospital then please let us know when you are handing them in.
We will have a van to transport eggs should anyone have more than they can carry safely on the run.

All monetary donations will go to Yorkhill Children’s Foundation and we
would encourage everyone to use "GiftAid" to increase the value of their donations.

"GiftAid" allows registered charities to claim an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue for each £1
donated to them. Our donation form includes provision for those wishing to use "GiftAid".
"GiftAid" can only be claimed by the charity for each individual on a form who includes their full address
and postcode and who ticks the “GiftAid It” box so it is important that the forms are handed in as well as the
donation on the day.

DONATION FORMS - Anyone wishing to make monetary donations please print a copy of our
donation form and bring along the completed form on the day of the run.
The form is in Adobe Acrobat format and if you don't already have the free reader for it installed click on the link to
take you to Adobe's download site.
ENVELOPES - On the day of the run our marshals will have pre-printed envelopes that should be used to hand
in your donations. Please use these as it will help us to better record who donated what and/or on whose behalf. Just ask
a marshal for one of the envelopes, put your donation in the envelope, seal it and fill in all the details on the outside
of it before handing it in.
WHO TO? - Your donations can be handed to staff in the hospital canteen or dropped into one of the donation buckets carried by
our marshals before and after the run. At the SECC or Yorkhill car cark DO NOT give your donations to anyone that isn't
carrying one of the donation buckets.
